Who we are
TEMPUS Music Mixing & Mastering is run by Tempus Entertainment Pty Ltd (ABN 74 645 130 641), Victoria, Australia. Contact: mastering@tempusentertainment.com.
What we collect
- What you put in the form: name, email, project details, links to your files, where you’re based and how you found us.
- Your files, through the link you share.
- Payment details, handled by Stripe. We never see your full card number.
- Analytics through Google Analytics: pages viewed and the actions taken on them. In the UK, the EU and Switzerland, only if you agree.
Why
To quote, do and deliver the work. To invoice and keep tax records. To improve the site.
Where it’s kept
HubSpot (enquiries and client records), Google Workspace and Google Drive (email and files), Stripe (payments) and Google Analytics. Some of these providers store data outside Australia.
How long
Project files for 90 days after delivery, unless you ask us to keep them longer. Invoices and tax records for as long as Australian law requires.
Your choices
Ask to see, correct or delete your information at mastering@tempusentertainment.com. Turn analytics off with the cookie setting in the footer. We don’t sell your information, and we don’t send marketing without your consent.
